Organ Lessons in Mount Vernon, WA

Lisa’s lifetime of involvement with music began with piano lessons at the age of seven. She went on to earn music performance degrees from Brigham Young University with a focus on the organ.  Since graduating from college she has taught organ and piano privately and has been active as a church organist and choir accompanist. 

Lisa loves helping children and adults experience the joy of making music as well as the feeling of accomplishment that comes from working hard to master an instrument.  She considers herself to be a lifelong learner, venturing into the realms of children’s music, choral singing, composing and arranging.  She believes in providing a well-rounded musical education focused not only on performance and technique, but also sight-reading, theory, improvisation and composition.  Lisa teaches piano lessons in Mount Vernon.
