Who We Are
Evergreen Music School isn’t just another music school. Owner’s David and Joanna Zagelow have created E.M.S. from the ground up. As a team they have recruited other music teachers of the highest caliber to work with them and have created a conservatory environment right here in Whatcom and Skagit counties.
